Huhy Capital was founded by Rich Laslavic with a simple purpose: to help real estate investors access the funding and support they need to move forward with confidence.

Rich brings a lifetime of hands-on experience, relationship building, problem solving, and entrepreneurship to the business. His professional background began in demanding, customer-focused roles that taught him the value of hard work, communication, and earning trust. From door-to-door sales and inside sales to hydraulic system engineering and outside sales, Rich developed the ability to understand people’s needs, explain solutions clearly, and follow through on what he promises.

In 2010, Rich founded RAL Industrial Support Services, where he completed more than 1,300 jobs and projects across the United States and internationally. His work has ranged from supporting specialized art projects to completing technical and industrial assignments connected to major events and projects in countries including China, India, and Canada. Through that experience, he learned how to manage challenges, solve problems creatively, build long-term relationships, and stay committed until the work is done.

Today, Rich brings that same work ethic and personal commitment to Huhy Capital. The company is focused on serving real estate investors seeking funding solutions for investment properties, including fix and flip projects and rental opportunities. Rich understands that every investor, property, and project is different. His goal is to listen first, help clients understand their options, and connect them with solutions that support their investment goals.
